First Class Seat: In the first-class carriage there are four chairs in a row-two on either side of the aisle. Roomy and soft, the seat is 47 cm wide, and can turn 360 degrees and the backrest can be adjusted to a comfortable angle.
There is a small foldable table in the arm of each seat. To provide a comfortable ride for passengers, a foldable footrest is available and a small pillow is attached to the back. Electric power is also available in first-class carriages.
Moreover, there are headset jacks and volume buttons on the arm. The distance between two rows is about 40-50 cm, providing enough room for passengers'legs. We suggest that foreign passengers use this class. The chairs in each row are numbered A, C, D and F. A and F are by the windows, and C and D are by the aisle.
First class was more or less empty. The seats are larger with two on each side of the aisle. Luggage racks also store suitcases above the seats and we saw a baby napping in a stroller (likely with the brake on) behind the back row. There is definitely more legroom, too.
Space on first class seat car is a bit narrow as four seats are arranged each row. First class seat is equipped with flexible reading lamp and passenger can adjust slope of the seat too.
With four seats in a row and partially reclining chairs, first class China train seats are comfortable, with enough leg room for passengers. Power outlets, a pillow and a small table also come with each seat.
